Erika has given keynotes at institutions such as The United Nations, Harvard Law School and Harvard School of Public Health, John Hopkins, Penn Law, Wellesley, and Georgetown among others.
She has also been a featured panelist at various film festivals and conferences across the globe including Sundance, DOCNYC, Hot Docs, Double Exposure, TIFF, SFFILM, and Facing Race. The US State Department
selected her to represent the US at embassies around the world for their American Film Showcase with her film, In Football We Trust, and she served as a US Rotary Ambassadorial Film Scholar to Israel/Palestine in 2012.
